Is it safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

CEDOUX products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, it is common for the skin and sense of smell to become more sensitive during these periods. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you consult with a specialist and choose our products under the guidance of a doctor.

Is there a target age for CEDOUX products?

CEDOUX is designed for all customers who are interested in the beauty of their natural skin, and can be used regardless of gender or age.

How much is the shipping cost?

Nationwide, a flat rate of ¥600 (tax included) applies. However, for Hokkaido and Okinawa, the shipping fee is ¥800 (tax included). Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to certain remote islands. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of ¥6,600 (tax included) or more.

Is it possible to specify a delivery date and time?

You may specify a delivery date from the 5th business day following your order date. However, please understand that due to weather conditions, delivery status, and destination, we may not be able to meet your specified date.

How many days after placing an order will it be shipped?

Typically, we endeavor to ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier circumstances, and the specifics of the delivery location. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver our premium, high-quality skincare products to you in a timely manner.

Can I specify a shipping carrier?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific couriers. Your order will be delivered via either Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver our luxurious, high-quality skincare products to you.

Is it possible to ship overseas?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. At present, we are unable to accommodate orders for international shipping. If you have an urgent request, please contact us through our inquiry form.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit card payments (VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB), bank transfers, and digital payments through Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Is it possible to purchase in-store?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Currently, CEDOUX products are only available through our official online shop. We are gradually working towards expanding our availability, and look forward to the day when you can hold our products in your hands at our stores.

Is gift wrapping available?

We offer a service to adorn your skincare product box with a ribbon.
